Check In/Out Time : 12:00 Noon
All room tariffs are on EP basis.
The meal rates at our restaurant are:
BREAKFAST: Rs.400 (complimentary for groups above 10 pax)
LUNCH: Rs.900
DINNER: Rs.1,000

Child Policy:-

  • Complimentary stay for children below 5 years ofage.
  • Children between 5 years to 15 years charged at Rs. 800/- per day, with extra bed in same room.

The rates will include the following:-

  • Luxury air-conditioned Palace / Royal Cottage accommodation.
  • Warm Welcome with tika, garland and welcome drink (Non Alcoholic) on arrival of group (minimum 10 guests).
  • Display of traditional folk dance at evening on group arrival, minimum 10 Pax and above on complimentary basis.
  • Free Wi-Fi service.
  • All under mentioned facilities.

Facilities:-

  • Palace accommodation (kingsize / twin beds with attached bathroom).
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (Veg. & Non.Veg.) subject to meal plan.
  • Free use of swimming pool, Health club (steam bath with minor charges) and Tennis.
  • Tea and coffee maker in palace rooms.
  • Hot and cold running water.
  • Multi cuisine restaurant. (Indian, Continental and Chinese) Veg./NonVeg.
  • Doctor on call.

Cancellation Policy:-

  • Bookings cancelled before 48 hrs to check-in time will not be refunded
  • Bookings cancelled within one week to check-in will be 25% refundable.
  • Bookings cancelled within two weeks will be 50% refundable.
  • Booking cancelled within three weeks will be 75% refundable.

Terms & Conditions:-

  • The bookings will be held on a tentative basis unless guaranteed through an advance payment.
  • The check-in & check out time is 12:00 noon.
  • The reservations can be forwarded to the hotel either through mail at fonilambag@gmail.com or nilambagpalacehotel@gmail.com or bookingnilambag@gmail.com
  • If your agency is on our credit list, hotel shall receive advance payment at-least 45 days prior to the date of arrival of the group. Any reduction inrooms / duration of stay there after would be subject to retention of the total reduction.
  • Hotel shall receive the voucher / rooming list / passport details at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival of the group.
  • The walk-in guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of checkout.

For Tour Leader free / complimentary policy:-

  • 1. Up to 10 paying guests NO complimentary service will be applicable
  • 2. 10 to 15 paying guests 50% complimentary service will be applicable on plan.
  • 3. 15 to 20 paying guests 100% complimentary service will be applicable on plan.
